Welcome to Habit Streaks. We value your privacy. This Policy describes what data the app uses and how it’s handled.

2. Information We Handle

On-Device Data Only

Habit Streaks stores your habit data locally on your device to provide its core functionality. Examples include:

• Habit names and creation dates
• Daily completion records (checked/unchecked status)
• Streak counts and history
• Optional short notes or descriptions you add

No personal identifiers such as your name, email, or location are collected, and none of your data leaves your device.

Optional Device Permissions

• Notifications (optional): if you enable daily reminders.
• Storage/Share (optional): if you export or share your progress screenshot manually.

Analytics / Crash Reports (Optional)

Not enabled by default. If privacy-friendly analytics or crash reporting are introduced in future versions, we will update this Policy and in-app notices. No habit data or personal content will be shared.

3. How We Use Information

• Display and manage your daily habits and streaks locally
• Show your 30-day history and calculate current streaks
• Maintain app stability and performance (e.g., via anonymized crash data if you opt in)

4. Children’s Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and does not require any sign-in or account.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored securely on your device using system-level storage. We do not operate any cloud service or remote database.

6. Third-Party Services

Habit Streaks does not share or sell data to third parties. If future versions add optional services (e.g., Google Play Billing for premium unlocks, AdMob for ads, or Crashlytics for crash reports), we will update this Policy and provide clear in-app controls and links to their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Choices & Controls

• Edit / Delete: Remove habits directly within the app.
• Clear All Data: Uninstalling the app removes all local data. If a “Clear Data” option is added, it will delete every saved habit and streak record on your device.
• Exports / Shares: Any screenshot or file you share is entirely under your control.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as Habit Streaks evolves. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
